Just when I thought that I had got over the bronchial virus thing that has been plaguing me for the last 2 weeks, I have developed a nasty chest cold/cough. I went to the doctor this morning and she has put me on mild antibiotics ( she reckons I can have a cheeky beverage while I am on them, by the way). Apparently, my system was so run down from fighting the virus that this secondary infection sneaked in !

Never mind, I am on the mend (again !!). We have cancelled the Saturday Night dinner that we were going to but I am still hopeful that I will make the football on Saturday.

Well, back to work for me today and it was a bit of a shock having to get up in the middle of the night! Am on a caffiene cut down so no artificial stimulants to keep me awake today.
