Loft Ladder
I have taken delivery of a concertina loft ladder. It doesn't look like it will be as simple to install as a conventional extending ladder, the installation of which has been done before by at least 2 members of the family. In the new "breenge free" zone, I will read the instructions and think about how this will happen. No fun in that, I know, but probably safer !!!I might need some support - maybe over the holiday period, if anyone is available.
Still haven't finished unpacking by the way !!!

have you undertaken a proper risk assessment?
Yes. There might be a slight problem in sourcing scaffolding to mitigate the risks of working at height, though !!!
