I had to wake Hamish up yesterday. First thing he said was that he needed to see his dad. He woke Andy up and said "Daddy, I am not a spider".

Thank goodness for that!

We are on day 9 of our 100 happy Days! 

So far we are loving it. (what's not to like right?)

Our 100 days end on the 20th April and on that day we will be in Paris so I think these 100 days are going to be incredible.

PARTY !!!

Well, the soiree went very well. Most people were very complimentary and some even hinted that they wanted to buy my house !!!!  Fat chance !!

Judging by the number of empty bottles and cans, it seems that all must have had a reasonable amount to drink. I know I did.

Many thanks to all who contributed to my present(s), especially the tablet. I am still trying to get to grips with it.

Also, special thanks to Moira for making that extra effort to get up here to join us.

What a great day !

Some people think that the big 70 is something special. I was trying to be blasé about it (just another day) but it has turned out to be a very nice day. I received a Microsoft Surface 2 tablet as a birthday present and, although I have barely scratched the surface, I love it ! Thank you all who contributed to it. It will keep me amused for some time ! And, there is still the big party Saturday to look forward to. The downside is that tomorrow will be a day for cleaning house. For those who can't make it, we will miss you and be thinking about you. For those who can, PARTY !!!!!

P.S. I did get other presents as well.
