Update on house sale. I went to see the estate agent today. The guy who showed the house reckons the viewer was a genuine lady who really loved the house. There is a note of interest already and there is a strong possibility of a written offer by the end of the week. What that offer is of course, is another matter. Still, looking good at the moment. Bearing in mind that this weekend is Easter, there is a likelihood of more viewers before next week. the down side is that there are not a lot of prospective properties in Dunfermline at this time.
